Ryanne Early - CEO, CSO, QAD

Ryanne is the brains behind our operation, she believed that the tissue banking world could be dramatically improved and set about to improve both the quality and efficiency of current tissue processing methods. She is experienced in the discovery, development and strategic commercialization of innovative technologies in the fields of Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, Dental, and Surgical Specialties Medical Devices. Ryanne has worked with numerous companies in the industry, including RTI Surgical, Mimedx, MTF and Axogen. After acting solely as Quality Assurance Director, Ryanne then became Chief Scientific Officer and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. Ryanne sits on the Birth Tissue Group for the American Association of Tissue Banks and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Cal Poly State University.

Christian (C.W.) Early - President & CFO

Christian founded Seed Biotech to help make a difference and change patient outcomes. He has a long history in finance, real estate and law with a focus on affordable multifamily housing. Christian teamed up with his wife Ryanne to bring Seed Biotech from a vision to a reality, with the goal of creating better products at price points that would be available to a larger patient population. After being Seed Biotech's CEO he is currently the President and CFO. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, a Master's in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston Law Center. Christian is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 
 

Eden Schoepflin - Quality Assurance Supervisor

Eden joined the Seed Biotech as an intern and has transitioned through Quality Assurance roles until she started with Seed full time in August, 2020. Her attention to detail and dedication to positive patient outcomes has brought a new perspective to our quality team. With experience in system dynamics thinking and passion for health equity, Eden enjoys the values of innovation, development, and optimization that are fundamental at Seed. Eden holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment and minors in Disabilities in Society and Soil and Water Sciences from the University of Florida and a Masters of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ben Gaines - Operations Manager

Ben joined Seed Biotech in Spring of 2023 as Operations Manager due to his proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Ben began his career as an intern for Kirklands Inc as a project manager before moving over to Schlumberger working in R&D across multiple projects and teams focused on creating more efficient testing systems and designs for down-hole tools. Ben also received his lean management certification from Schlumberger, and the University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability department. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in Mechanical Engineering with a minor focused on Reliability and Maintainability engineering, as well as a minor in Business Administration.
